Itzel, also known as Paulina, grew up in Nogales, Arizona, and moved to Tempe in 2022. Paulina has owned several animals, including bunnies, ducks, scorpions, and a parrot. As a child, she knew she wanted to work with animals. In August of 2022, she began Carrington College’s veterinary assistant program, where she graduated in August 2023. Paulina currently has a ten-year-old mini dachshund named Frankie. Since graduating, she has been a part of the Hayden Road Animal Hospital team. Paulina finds fulfillment in her role as a veterinary technician, where she can contribute to the well-being of animals and work as a team!
